Tierra Oaks Estates was developed in 1993. It is a private, gated community surrounded by the Tierra Oaks Golf Course, a private 18-hole course. Tierra Oaks Estates is the premier residential community in Redding, California, and is comprised of 130 custom designed homes and/or unimproved lots.
Tierra Oaks Estates is a self-managed, common interest development governed by recorded CC&Rs and Architectural Rules and Regulations, and all property owners belong to the Tierra Oaks Estates Homeowners Association.
